It is with deep regret that we have to inform you that our planned move to our new location can unfortunately not be realized in the short term.
Unexpected building law problems (in the areas of fire protection and necessary interventions in the current building structure), which arose after the rental agreement was signed, have forced us to abandon our plans for the new location in Herrmannstrasse near Ballindamm for the time being.
This hits us hard, as all the planning and preparatory work for our new store had already been completed. We were so looking forward to welcoming you in a new, modern environment. Unfortunately, we currently have no alternative location available and our current store has already been sublet after extensive remodeling work. For us, our employees and our entire organization, this is an absolutely exceptional situation that is very difficult for us.
We know that you were also looking forward to the opening of the new store and we would like to apologize from the bottom of our hearts for any inconvenience caused. Your trust and loyalty mean everything to us and we want to continue to offer you the best possible service despite these difficult circumstances.
