Shipping and Payment

Shipping service provider and shipping area

Shipping is generally handled by DHL. We deliver to the countries listed below. Delivery to Packstations is only possible if DHL supports this for the respective shipment and destination country.

Processing and delivery times

We process your order upon receipt of payment. The following delivery times apply to the countries we supply:

  • Germany: 2–4 working days from receipt of payment

  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 working days from receipt of payment

  • Rest of the world: 14–31 working days from receipt of payment

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional delays may occur due to customs clearance. We will inform you of any delays to your order of which we are aware. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Shipping costs

There is no free shipping. The decisive factor is the delivery country selected during the ordering process. Please refer to the ordering process for further details.

Customs duties

For deliveries within the European Union, prices are calculated according to the applicable VAT regulations. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import sales taxes, processing fees, or other charges may be incurred. These are not levied by Felix Horsch Schuhe and must generally be borne by the recipient to the relevant authorities or service providers. The specific tax treatment will be displayed at checkout.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are offered in the shop – depending on the delivery country, end device, shopping cart, and technical availability:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna, but excluding purchase on account

The payment methods available in individual cases will be displayed at checkout. There is no entitlement to a specific payment method. Payment by cash on delivery is not offered.

Payment processing

When using a payment service provider, their terms and privacy policies apply additionally. The invoice amount is due immediately upon authorization or according to the terms of the respective payment service provider, depending on the payment method chosen. If a payment authorization fails, the order cannot be fulfilled.

Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries may be made if this is reasonable for the customer. There are no additional shipping costs for this, provided the partial delivery was initiated by us.

Transport damage

Please check the shipment for externally visible damage upon receipt. Damage should be reported directly to the delivery person if possible and additionally reported to us. Your statutory rights, in particular warranty rights, are not restricted by failure to report damage.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly provided address, refused acceptance, or failure to collect in time, any actual additional costs incurred may be charged, provided the customer is responsible for the non-delivery. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
